EB-4 Visa, NATO-6 Green Card Program
Some individuals who are married NATO employees, spouses and their unmarried children or spouses and children of deceased Nato-6 employees are eligible to apply for permanent residence (green card) under this special program if they entered the U.S. under NATO-6 immigrant status. This special program also applies to retired NATO-6 employees who meet the qualifications.
To be eligible a USCIS form I-360 with accompanying documents, biometrics and required filing fees must be approved and the applicant must then wait for admission into the U.S. as a fourth preference EB-4 visa category similar to an employment entry.
