Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Travel Card (ABTC)

Holders of the ABTC cannot bypass the visa process. The card only allows holders of the card to participate in U.S. Embassy or Consulate business facilitation programs that offer expedited visa interview appointments.
